For support issues relating to our current products we strongly urge you to use the in-built support features of your product (where available).
During office hours you will usually get a response within the hour.
Our existing customers take top priority, so we ask non-customers to understand that in busy periods we may take longer to reply than usual.
As a matter of policy, we make every effort to respond to all emails within 2 working days.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm (AEST).
Digex is located in North Ryde, NSW and observes NSW Public Holidays.
Our online services are monitored 24/7, and email support is also available outside of normal office hours.
